Scott Shirey is a seasoned leader with nearly thirty years of experience in education, charter, and non-profit spaces. With a deep passion for leadership development, he has successfully led teams and institutions to become high performing.

As the co-founder of Confluence Point Consulting, Scott specializes in leadership development that helps leaders more effectively drive toward their goals. His experience as a leader coach enables him to help clients navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

Scott believes that where insight and leadership converge, transformation begins—and he is dedicated to empowering leaders with the tools and strategies to make that transformation a reality.

He was the founder of KIPP Delta Public Schools where the flagship school earned a National Blue Ribbon Award under his tenure. Currently, Scott serves as the Chief People Officer for FirstLine Schools in New Orleans. He is also a founding board member of the Lower Mississippi River Foundation, an organization dedicated to creating stewardship of the Lower Mississippi River through youth engagement.
